  • What information do I need to start the Project?
Depending on the complexity and type of the project, the list may vary. Here is the general guideline for the items we require for the project: drawings (CAD, PDF, sketches), color and material selection, furniture selection, etc. mood references (eg. daylight lighting, golden hour effect, etc), any other additional items you want us to show. These items are essential for us to accurately understand and execute the requirements of your project, ensuring that we deliver results that align with your vision and expectations.
  • How much will my project cost?

  • Can I start on the Project without blueprints?
Please keep in mind the following: Manifest Render is ready to support your project, whether it's in the early concept phase or has progressed to the professional development stage. It's important to know that intervening during the concept development stage may require more work, so budget adjustments may be necessary. However, we specialize in turning incomplete or rough sketches into fully developed projects, ensuring that your vision is effectively brought to life.
  • How many projects can I order simultaneously?
At Manifest Render, we are experienced and well-equipped to handle several projects simultaneously. We have a team of seasoned professionals who work collaboratively to deliver high-quality 3D rendering services within deadlines. However, the number of projects we can take on simultaneously is dependent on various factors, such as the scope of the project and the timeframe in which it needs to be completed. Therefore, we recommend that you discuss your project requirements with us, and we will help you determine how many projects we can take on at once while ensuring that each project is delivered with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Who owns the resulting 3D renderings?
All the content we create for your projects, belongs entirely to you. This means that you have full ownership and control over the content and can use it in any way you see fit.
  • What is your turnaround time?
The typical turnaround time for a 1st Preview is around 4-5 business days for exterior rendering and 3-4 days for interior design rendering. However, the exact time needed depends on various factors such as the number of views, complexity, and level of detail. Factors such as the size and scope of the project, the availability of resources, and the current workload can also affect the turnaround time. In case there are any specific deadlines or special considerations for your project, please let us know so that we can accommodate your needs.
  • Do you accept urgent projects?
At our studio, we understand the importance of meeting urgent project deadlines and are fully prepared to adjust our workflow, minimize revision rounds, work overtime, or even work on weekends if necessary. We are committed to ensuring that your project is completed in a timely manner. However, we request that you take into account the scope of the project and the rendering time involved. By doing so, you will enable us to deliver the best possible results and meet your deadline with excellence.
  • What affects the project timeline?
The project timeline may be impacted by a lack of input materials, amount and complexity of changes, and delayed feedback. However, we are committed to collaborating with you to effectively handle any necessary adjustments.
  • Can I make any changes in the project?
We will provide two Previews for your project. After each preview, you can make changes to make sure the final results perfectly captures your vision. If the amount of changes exceeds this limit, we will discuss this with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that works for both parties. Following the second preview, we will proceed to the final files unless otherwise required.
  • What is the best way to submit changes?
You can send your feedback in any way that works best for you, whether it's through a simple email, handwritten comments on an image, a marked-up PDF, or comments submitted via Dropbox or any other software.
  • Will I get a quote and an invoice?
Our dedicated managers ensure that a PDF invoice is generated for every service payment, which provides a convenient and efficient way to track finances. This process allows to maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions, which is essential for effective financial management.
  • What are your payment terms, including initial deposits and final payments?
Our payment structure requires a 50% prepayment upon quote approval, with an invoice issued at that time and expected to be paid within a business week. The remaining 50% must be settled upon the approval of the 2nd Preview. We are willing to discuss and tailor specific payment terms to your project's needs during the initiation phase.
  • Will there be any extra charges for making revisions or changes to the project?
The evaluation of additional fees for revisions is conducted on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the extent of the changes. Our standard project budget encompasses two rounds of revisions, which are typically sufficient for honing the visualization. In the case of ongoing projects requiring additional revisions, we can provide estimates based on an hourly rate.
